VerPacker ("the Service", "we", "us") is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service platform that automates the packaging and deployment of Windows and macOS applications through Microsoft Intune. The Service monitors application version changes, downloads installer packages, creates .intunewin packages using VerPacker's proprietary Node.js packaging engine, and deploys them to your Intune environment via the Microsoft Graph API.
By accessing or using VerPacker, you ("User", "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
The Service requires integration with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Intune. VerPacker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a product of Microsoft Corporation.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement to use the Service. The Service is intended for IT professionals, administrators, and organisations managing device fleets through Microsoft Intune.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at legal@verpacker.app if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service, or use the Service to build a competing product.
VerPacker stores your Azure Active Directory credentials (Tenant ID, Client ID, and Client Secret) in encrypted form using AES-256 encryption. Credentials are decrypted only in-memory and only at the time an API call to Microsoft Graph is required. They are never logged, exported, or transmitted to any party other than Microsoft’s authentication endpoints.
Application installer files downloaded during the packaging pipeline are stored temporarily on VerPacker’s servers and deleted immediately after the deployment job completes, regardless of whether the job succeeded or failed.
User account data (email address, tenant metadata, job history) is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database provided by Supabase. Row Level Security is enforced at the database layer, ensuring no cross-tenant data access is possible. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data processing.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VERPACKER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
VerPacker does not guarantee that application deployments will succeed, that packaged applications will function correctly on all target devices, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are solely responsible for validating deployments in your environment.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to VerPacker in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing plans, billing cycles, and feature entitlements are described on the VerPacker pricing page. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments (Dodo Payments OÜ, registered in Estonia). By subscribing, you agree to Dodo Payments’ terms of service in addition to these Terms. VerPacker does not store payment card information. All payment data is handled exclusively by Dodo Payments.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact legal@verpacker.app within 14 days of the charge. We do not offer partial-period refunds for cancelled subscriptions.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting legal@verpacker.app. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a manner that could cause harm to VerPacker, other users, or third parties. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Upon termination, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Job history and deployment logs may be retained in anonymised form for statistical purposes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
